Mint Omelette

Wash the mint and chop. Beat the eggs, add mint and salt in turn and mix well.

Pour oil in a pot, heat over medium heat, pour in mint eggs, spread into a cake. Wait for the bottom to fry, turn it over, and fry the other side. Fry on both sides until golden brown, take out the pan, and serve.
Tips:
Adjust the amount of peppermint to your liking.
Mint is a divergent product and should not be fried for a long time to prevent the fragrance from being lost.
