Mint Potato Shreds and Bacon Rolls

After the potatoes are processed, use a vegetable cutter to shred them.

Soak it in clean water for a while.

Scoop the shredded potatoes out of the water when they start to roll.

Cut the bacon into two pieces and set aside.

Put the dried potato shreds on the bacon first.

Add two more mint.
