Mint Yogurt Mashed Potato Toast
1.
Beat 2 eggs and pour them into a bread bucket first, leaving a little bit for the final brushing
2.
Add homemade plain yogurt
3.
Add olive oil, if you add butter cubes, wait for it to form a dough before adding
4.
Add salt and sugar to 2 corners
5.
Add milk powder
6.
Add mashed potatoes
7.
Finally, add high flour and dig a nest in the middle to put the yeast. In fact, my bread machine can sprinkle yeast automatically. Put the bread bucket into the machine and select the program. I chose the Japanese style bread program, 750g, light color
8.
Pick some of the mint planted on the balcony, wash and soak up the water, chop it up and set aside
9.
After the dough and forming, press Pause to add mint leaves, continue the following procedure
10.
After the fermentation is complete, brush the egg liquid and start baking
11.
After the procedure is over, put on gloves and take out the bread bucket, shake it gently to pour out the toast
12.
After cooling thoroughly, slice it
Tips:
Because my toast likes to reprocess it, I chose a lighter color so that it won’t pass when I bake it again!
The toast with mashed potatoes and yogurt is very soft, this toast is basically not sweet!
