There is a lot of dietary fiber in miscellaneous grains, both soluble and crude fiber that cannot be absorbed by the human body. Today I made this wowotou at home. Mainly use corn noodles, soybean noodles and millet noodles, plus glutinous rice noodles and sweet red dates. You might as well try it. It's delicious!

Miscellaneous Grains and Red Dates Wotou

1. Sift corn noodles, soybean noodles, millet noodles, glutinous rice noodles, and milk powder one by one into a large bowl

2. Add sugar and baking soda

3. Pour in water and stir while pouring

4. Wash the red dates and cook for about 5 minutes to remove the bitterness

5. The boiled dates are pitted and chopped

6. Add to the basin

7. Knead into a smooth dough, let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes

8. With wet hands, pull off a piece of dough to reunite and make it into a nest-like shape. The size is customizable. The larger one will take longer to steam, and vice versa. Mine is about 40g.

9. Put the prepared Wowotou directly into the steamer. The steamer should boil water in advance. When the water is boiled, it is almost finished.

10. Steam for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then the pot can be boiled.

11. Let's eat

Tips:

1. The amount of jujube can be controlled by yourself, more or less will do, I put more
2. The amount of sugar is also controlled by itself, so I put more dates so I put less sugar
