Miscellaneous Twice-cooked Pork

Cut the pork belly into large pieces and blanch.

Add the green onion and ginger and cook for 30 minutes, then use chopsticks to easily penetrate it.

The cooked meat is cold and cut into large slices.

Slice onion, green pepper and carrot.

Put the oil in the pan, add the hot sauce and fry the red oil.

Saute the chopped ginger.

Add the meat slices and stir fry.
8.
Add cooking wine, sugar and soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
9.
Add all the dishes and continue to stir fry.
10.
Add chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
Nagging; the bean curd sauce itself is relatively salty, so don't add salt.
