Miso Juice No One

For today’s miso ingredients, I prepared the carrot heads left over from the celery-stir-fried carrot shreds, broad bean petals, Coprinus comatus, oyster mushrooms and chives.

Remove the stems of the two washed fungi and slice the carrot heads, add water to a boil.
