I bought a box of white miso and made a miso soup and kept it in the refrigerator. Today, I was going to make pomfret. It was originally braised. I opened the refrigerator and saw this box of miso, so I tried to make it with miso!

Ingredients

Miso Pomfret

1. After the pomfret is cleaned

2. Flower knife on the back of the fish

3. White miso paste is added to the appropriate amount of sake and hydrated

4. Spread evenly on the fish and marinate for 2 hours

5. Stir fragrant ginger in a frying pan

6. Add the pomfret and fry until golden on both sides

7. Add the remaining miso sauce and water after marinating

8. Add some salt, light soy sauce and a little sugar

9. Cook until the soup thickens

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

Miso has a salty taste, so taste the amount of salt before adding it
