Miso Soup
1.
Diced tofu soaked in water
2.
Tricholoma slices
3.
Ponytail mushrooms are torn into small flowers by hand
4.
Sliced seaweed after soaking in water
5.
Take a small amount of rice, add appropriate amount of water to wash, put the water from the second wash in the stone pot (casserole, ceramic pot can be used), turn on the fire
6.
Take a tablespoon of soybean paste and a tablespoon of hot sauce,
7.
Mix with a little rice wash water to form a paste
8.
Pour into the pot and stir well
9.
Take the tofu from the water and put it in the pot (the soup has not yet boiled at this time. If you use a stone pot, it’s best to open a medium heat, the stone pot is easy to throw)
10.
When the soup is boiling, add phoenix mushrooms, mushrooms, and kelp
11.
Take an iron pan, put a little oil, the two garlic at home, put the pork in it and stir fry a little
12.
Put in the soup
13.
Then add enoki mushrooms (the enoki mushrooms are easier to cook, so put them later)
14.
Add a small handful of bean sprouts and cook until the bean sprouts are soft and broken. If you like it spicy, you can cut two slices of pepper and put it in
15.
That's it! !
Tips:
1. Use the second time to wash the rice water. If you think the second time is too thick, you can use the third time and add a little bit of the second time.
2. The cooking time is flexible and you can wait until all the ingredients are cooked.
3. Put whatever you want to eat, don’t be too restrictive, if you can put some seafood such as shellfish shrimp, it will taste better
4. If you don't have hot sauce, you can leave it alone, but I personally feel that it doesn't taste good without it. In fact, Korean chili sauce is not very spicy, it is sweet and spicy.
5. Basically no need to add seasonings, you can add some salt, sugar and light soy sauce according to your taste
6. Bean sprouts can reconcile the flavors of all ingredients and make the whole pot of soup become slightly sweet. If you don’t accept the taste of the miso soup, you can add more bean sprouts to neutralize the taste.
