Miso Tofu Soup

Remove the stems and wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms, and the pattern can be carved on the surface; slice the carrots and mince garlic; cut the kelp into sections about 125px; slice the meat, scald in boiling water and remove for use.

Cut soft tofu into small pieces

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add minced garlic and sauté

Add carrot slices, shiitake mushrooms, and meat slices and stir fry several times

Add 200cc water

Add tofu

Put all the seasonings to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
1. Soft tofu is easy to shatter, so do not use a spatula or spoon to stir vigorously when cooking, otherwise the tofu will all be shattered, which will affect the taste and appearance;
