Mixed Beans and Rice Porridge

Three kinds of beans soaked overnight

Wash the rice and three kinds of beans and put them in the soup pot. Add enough water

Cover and bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer
4.
Leave a seam in the lid to prevent the pot from flapping
5.
Stir frequently during the cooking process to make the porridge thicker quickly
6.
Cook until you are satisfied with the thin consistency
Tips:
If you use a regular soup pot to cook the porridge, the beans need to be soaked overnight or 4 hours in advance for better cooking.
