Mixed Lettuce
1.
Wash the lettuce and cut into sections. Pay attention to washing before eating: You can first soak the lettuce in clean water (a little salt can be added to the water) for 20 to 30 minutes, and then rinse with clean water repeatedly. Since the alkaloids in the rice-washing water have a good dissolving effect on pesticides and other harmful substances, soak the lettuce in the rice-washing water for 10 minutes, then pour out the infusion and rinse it with running water repeatedly.
2.
1 Hangjiao (the complete one in the picture below), clean it, and cut into small pieces (pictured). [You can also use scissors to cut into small pieces] I am not very good at spicy food, so I only cut 1 hang pepper. There are two in the picture, in order to show the appearance of the cut peppers.
3.
1 small red pepper to increase the taste, mainly to match the color, clean and set aside.
4.
Put the lettuce in the container, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame sauce, and a little salt in turn.
5.
Finally, add 2-3 drops of sesame oil and mix the seasoning evenly.
6.
Put it on a plate, cut the freshly washed red pepper into small sections and sprinkle it on the lettuce.
Tips:
1. Eat darker lettuce
Generally, darker-colored vegetables have high nutritional value. For example, dark green fresh vegetables have higher vitamin C, carotene, and inorganic salts.
2. Eat more fresh seasonal lettuce
Off-season lettuce is mainly greenhouse lettuce grown in greenhouses. Although it is attractive in appearance and large in size, its nutritional value is different from that of fresh seasonal vegetables. Off-season vegetables are not as nutritious as fresh seasonal vegetables, and the taste is also worse.
