Mixed Lettuce with Tahini Sauce

Soak the lettuce in salt water for a while and wash it for later use; to remove the pesticide residues on the vegetables, you can soak the vegetables in salt water, but never exceed 30 minutes. Otherwise, all the vitamin C in the vegetables will be lost, which will affect the nutritional value.
