Mixed Lotus Root Slices

Wash the old tofu and cut into slices about 5mm thick.

Heat up a pan, pour some oil, add the tofu slices, and fry until golden on both sides.

Wash the lotus root, peel it, cut it in half and cut into slices, wash and peel the carrots, use a biscuit mold to carve out the shape you like, and cut 1 slice of tofu into silk.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, add lotus root slices and carrot slices to boil.

Remove the cold boiled water and control the moisture.

Cut the green onion into thin slices diagonally, put the dried chili and pepper on top, pour a proper amount of oil into a frying spoon, heat up, and pour it on the pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons of salt and white vinegar and mix well.

Pour in dried lotus root slices, carrot slices, and shredded tofu, and mix well.
Tips:
The taste is slightly spicy and slightly sour. Those who like heavy flavors can increase the amount of chili and vinegar.
