Mixed Pig Ears

1. Shred pig ears.

2. Chopped green onion, garlic and parsley.

3. Put the shallots, garlic and parsley in the pig's ears.

4. Add crushed sesame peanuts.

5. Sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sesame oil.

6. Stir well and serve.
