Mixed Rice with Tempeh and Dace

The sweet corn is steamed and peeled, green and red peppers are diced, and the dace is finely chopped and set aside.

Add a little oil in a hot pan and saute the dace until fragrant.

Pour in the rice and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add green and red pepper corn kernels and stir fry evenly, add a little salt and pepper as appropriate.

After the rice was fried, I fried a few pieces of garlic pork ribs for myself.
Tips:
Canned dace contains a lot of oil, so there is no need to add extra oil when frying the rice. Spicy friends can also add some spicy sauce before starting the pot; the rice is best to use overnight rice, and the grains are clear.
