Mixed Vegetable Beef Tendon

All ingredients are ready.

Cut beef tendon into strips.

Wash green peppers, celery, onions and carrots and cut into slices.

Heat the wok and pour the oil, add the onion, ginger, and garlic to fry the aroma.

Put the beef tendon in the pan and fry quickly.

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add half a spoon of cooking wine, one third of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of light soy sauce, one third of salt, and half a spoon of sugar.

Put the fried beef tendon into a bowl and set aside.
