Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice

Dice cucumber and green pepper, cut leek into sections

Put 1 spoon of oil in the pot, beat the eggs and pour into the pot

Use a shovel to scatter the eggs and set aside for later use

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot, add the diced cucumber, diced green pepper and leeks and fry for 1 minute

Add black rice and stir fry evenly

Stir in the egg cubes

Finally add light soy sauce to taste
Tips:
The vegetables I choose are easy to cook, so I put them in directly, but if the ripe time of the selected vegetables is different, they must be fried separately
