Mixed Vegetable Quiche

Carrots and pumpkins are shredded with a wiper, chopped into fine pieces, and chives are chopped.

Beat the eggs, add a small amount of salt and cooking wine and stir well.

Add an appropriate amount of flour to the egg and stir to form a paste without gnocchi.

Add the minced vegetables to the batter.
5.
Adjust the flavor and stir to form a flowing batter.

Heat the non-stick pan and release the oil
7.
Pour in vegetable batter and fry on low heat.
8.
Turn it over and fry again when it is fried on one side.
9.
Roll up from one side, or slice directly.
10.
Cut into small pieces and serve on a plate.
