Speaking of egg fried rice, it was definitely the most delicious afternoon snack when I was a kid. Basically, when I didn't have the meal, and when I was hungry, my dad would definitely get me a bowl of egg fried rice. But now it is more squeamish as you grow up, instead of eating simple foods like this often. A few days ago, when I was shopping, I suddenly thought of eating egg fried rice. I went home and cooked a pot of rice. I think I might cook a pot of rice a day in advance. I am probably the only one who cooks a pot of rice a day in advance! The rice was refrigerated overnight, and it was just used for fried rice. It was wrapped in egg liquid and the grains were distinct, and the appetite was greatly increased when I looked at it!

Mixed Vegetable Sausage Egg Fried Rice

1. Prepare a bowl of leftover rice, this is based on each person’s appetite to determine how much rice is needed

2. Prepare a small bowl of mixed vegetables

3. Pour into a small pot, add appropriate amount of salt, and cook with water

4. Beat the eggs with some salt

5. Sausage cut into small pieces

Tips:

Regarding egg fried rice, I personally think that leftovers leftovers overnight are the best, and they are the easiest to fry them in a distinct state. In addition, the last handful of green onion is the essence of the whole egg fried rice, don’t miss it
