Mixed Vegetables

Materials are ready. I used lettuce, carrots, cilantro, onions, vermicelli, enoki mushrooms, and 2 sachets of Chobe salad dressing

Shred the onion, slice the carrots and blanch them in boiling water for one minute, remove and let cool
