Low-fat and delicious, suitable for people like me who devote themselves to weight loss all the year round. Using linseed oil instead of sesame oil is healthier and the key is more delicious. With a little sweet apricot, it tastes so refreshing.

Mixed Vegetables

1. Wash bitter chrysanthemum, cucumber and small tomatoes.

2. Cucumber slices. Cut the small tomatoes in half.

3. Wash the sweet apricots

4. Core and cut into thin strips.

5. The cut fruits and vegetables are placed in a bowl.

6. Kuju randomly pulled into several sections with his hands and put them into the bowl.

7. Adjust the juice. Light soy sauce, rice vinegar, cold boiled water, white sugar, chicken essence, linseed oil, mix together, remember to stir more, because white sugar and chicken essence are not easy to dissolve, stir until the chicken essence and white sugar are dissolved

8. Pour into a bowl, stir well, and sprinkle with a layer of sesame seeds.

9. It's ready to eat.

Tips:

It's delicious when mixed. If you like more sour, put more vinegar and less sugar. I like sweeter.
You can use hot water to melt the chicken essence and white sugar, and then let it cool before adding other seasonings.
