1. A small handful of rice, soaked the day before

2. Wash the rice, add cold boiled water, and place a mixer to break it until there are no particles. I watched it for a minute at most.

3. Add water to the pot (you can add more water, but it will turn into rice paste), add rock sugar, and control the sweetness by yourself. When the water is boiled, pour in the beaten rice milk little by little. During this period, keep stirring to prevent the pot from sticking.

4. When there are small bubbles in the pot and turn translucent, you can turn off the heat. It will be very thin right after it has been cooked, and will become thicker when the temperature drops. Breakfast with bread is nutritious and easy to digest
