Mochi Pickled Cucumber Strips

Wash the watermelon (thick-skinned) after all the flesh is eaten.

Use a planer to scrape off the green waxy skin on the epidermis, and take about a quarter of the watermelon rind;

Cut into long strips.

Bring water to a boil, add 0.5 teaspoon of salad oil, pour melon strips;

When the melon strips become soft, remove and drain.

Add 2 teaspoons of sesame paste, 0.5 teaspoons of sesame seeds, 0.5 teaspoons of seasoning salt, and 0.5 teaspoons of MSG;
7.
Put 0.5 shallots and mix evenly.
