Mochi Ruanou

For the dough, all the ingredients except butter are put into the bread machine in order to form a smooth dough. Then add butter and knead until the expansion stage

Tips:
Suggestion~ The container for steaming mochi is best to use non-stick molds and the like, and you can use a spatula when stirring, otherwise it will be very embarrassing when cleaning up
