Molar Breadsticks

Except for the butter and yeast, all the ingredients are placed in a plate and stirred evenly with chopsticks. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour and a half. Take out the dough and add yeast, start to knead the dough until the dough is slightly smooth, then add butter, and then continue to knead the dough to have a malleable dough.

Put the dough in a plate, cover it with plastic wrap, and perform basic fermentation at room temperature (I put it in the refrigerator for overnight fermentation for this step, so the time is not a reminder).

After the basic fermentation is completed, take out the dough and squeeze it to exhaust.

Roll the dough into 0.3 cm slices.

Brush with protein liquid.

Sprinkle with mixed black and white sesame seeds.

Press the sesame seeds lightly with your hands.

Use a pizza cutter to cut a strip with a width of about 1 cm.

Then gently twist the dough into a curve with your hands, and leave it for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
