Mom's Favorite---home-made Cabbage

Heat the pan for oil, add the pork and fry until slightly yellow

Add green onion, garlic, ginger and stir fry until fragrant

Add the washed and drained cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute. I just tore the cabbage by hand.

Add steamed fish soy sauce (according to personal preference, I sometimes add light soy sauce or very fresh flavor) and continue to stir fry
5.
Add salt and continue to stir fry
6.
Add chili powder and continue to fry
7.
Add pepper and continue to fry
8.
Stir-fry and put on the pan
