I was in a different place when I got married, and my family came over to eat noodles from the northwest. After my mother-in-law cooks a few dishes, I usually fry 2 more dishes that my parents are accustomed to. Among them, homemade cabbage is the most commonly eaten by my mother. Now when I do it, I still think of my mother's reluctance to marry me. Mother, don’t worry, I’m fine."

Mom's Favorite---home-made Cabbage

1. Heat the pan for oil, add the pork and fry until slightly yellow

2. Add green onion, garlic, ginger and stir fry until fragrant

3. Add the washed and drained cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute. I just tore the cabbage by hand.

4. Add steamed fish soy sauce (according to personal preference, I sometimes add light soy sauce or very fresh flavor) and continue to stir fry

5. Add salt and continue to stir fry

6. Add chili powder and continue to fry

7. Add pepper and continue to fry

8. Stir-fry and put on the pan
