Money Hanging from Yushu

Wash vegetables and tofu, drain and set aside

Cut the tofu into slices as thick as the mold, and press the mold into round slices. The leftovers can be pressed with a small mold until it can’t be pressed.

Put oil in a nonstick pan and fry for a while

Fry like this until golden on both sides

Put it on a plate and arrange the shape, and put the small pieces on the bottom.

Add in the hot oil, garlic cloves, pepper, and green onion until fragrant

Add the whole big head green, add a little water and stir-fry until it is 9 mature, add salt, ginger powder, and chicken essence.

Put the big head green in a circle around the tofu, and finally pour the remaining vegetable juice on the tofu.

The leftover tofu leftovers can be made into a mask or wrapped in tofu and chive dumplings
