Moon Shrimp Cake
1.
Prepare a pan and a slice of Te Hao Jia Moon Prawn Cake
2.
After heating the pan, turn to medium and low heat and add a small amount of oil
3.
Remove the packaging bag of the moon shrimp cake, don't defrost it, put it directly into the pan, keep it on a medium-low heat and fry it on one side. Move the cake slightly. When the bottom surface is a little hard, turn it to the other side. To prevent frying, the interval can be turned 3-4 times
4.
Fry for about 8 minutes. The shrimp cakes will expand and the crust will be golden brown. Press it with a spatula. After it has a crispy feel, you can pick up and cut into small portions.
5.
Dip it in Thai sweet and spicy sauce to taste even better!
Tips:
Points to note: Make sure that the dough is hard-fried before turning it over for the first two times. Otherwise, it will be too soft and turning will easily cause cracking of the dough.
