[moses. Workshop] Roasted Moses Quinoa and Shiitake Mushrooms with Colored Peppers

Prepare the required materials in advance, and cut the bell peppers in half. Shrimp thawed naturally.

Soak the mushrooms in warm water half an hour in advance. Put the colored peppers in the oven in advance and bake them for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
