Stir-fried Cabbage Core with Mushroom and Shrimp Ball

1. Ingredients: vegetable core

2. Money Mushroom (soaked and cleaned)

3. Laurel Shrimp Balls

4. Wash the vegetable cores and remove them.

5. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

6. Unpack the laurel shrimp balls, take out five and place them on the chopping board.

7. Cut open and set aside.

8. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the chopped vegetable cores and mushroom mushrooms and stir fry.

9. Then, add the sliced laurel shrimp balls and stir fry until the cores are broken.

10. Then, add some salt and chicken essence. (With or without chicken essence is voluntary)

11. Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
