Moss Peanuts

Peanut kernels are peeled with boiling water, washed and dried. It is more convenient if there are peanut kernels without skin.

Actual consumption per pound of oil-two. Heat the pot and add oil. When the oil is 40% hot, pour in the peanuts, fry them until golden, remove the oil and cool.

Leave a little oil in the pan, shred the moss, fry it in a hot oil pan, remove the oil, drain the oil and set aside.

Combine the fried peanuts, chopped moss, soft sugar and monosodium glutamate-mix well and serve.
Tips:
When frying peanut kernels-you must hold the heat well in order to look good.
