Prepare the ingredients.

Install the dough hook on the cook machine and start stirring at 2 levels.

Just stir into a smooth dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.

The dough is fermented to 1.5 times, and when there is cellulite, knead well and exhaust.

Divide the dough into two portions, one large portion and one small portion. The large portion is mixed with red yeast rice powder and the small portion is kneaded evenly.

Cut the red dough into small portions and roll out into long thin slices.

Spread some water under the flowers to stick to the calyx, and place them on the steaming tray for the second fermentation, leaving a little space between them.

Tips:
1 If there is no cantaloupe, use spinach juice, and red yeast rice powder can be replaced with mashed purple potato.
2 The steaming time depends on the size of the steamed buns. In fact, my steaming is about 15 minutes, but I forgot to adjust the time, so I opened the steamer according to the set time.
3 In summer, the amount of yeast is small. In winter, you can add a little yeast. Changing cold water to warm water will help fermentation in winter.
4 The dough for modeling is not suitable for being too soft, it is better to knead with less rigidity and not easy to deform.
