Mother's Day Pastry

Good noodles. White dough ~ 600g flour, 350g warm water, 6g yeast. Purple potato puree and pumpkin puree are mixed with flour and baking powder and warm water to form a dough. Spinach juice and carrot juice, warm yeast flour, cover with damp cloth and ferment at room temperature for 1 hour.

The white dough makes the bottom like this. This is the bottom layer with a little more surface.

Make the same smaller dough on the top, roll it into a large piece, knead out the lace, and stack it on the large dough.

Steam in a drawer with cold water, boil the water for 25 minutes, turn off the heat, and wait for 5 minutes to boil.
