Mother's Hoof
1.
The protagonists of trotters, white kidney beans, ginger, and bay leaves are here~
2.
White kidney beans are best soaked in warm water for 3-5 hours
3.
Boil the trotters with cold water in the pot
4.
After the water is boiled, continue to boil for a minute or two. After blanching, the trotters will look like this
5.
Put cold water in a saucepan, and then add trotters, spring onions, ginger, star anise, red dates, bay leaves, white kidney beans, pepper, and salt in turn. Does it look appetizing?
6.
I also put half a bottle of Erguotou seasoning.
7.
Fix the switch for three hours, and do whatever you need to do in the middle~ It would be great if the baby could read a book as consciously as an electric stew pot. . . The following is the look after three hours, very greasy, and then use a small spoon to slowly skim off the slick on the surface.
8.
Then there is a pot full of protein
9.
This is what it looks like in a small bowl, and it tastes good. I don’t know if eating pig’s feet really removes wrinkles, right as a psychological comfort to myself~~~Being a mother is not easy, the more you fight, the more brave you are~
Tips:
