[mother Komori Recipe] Autumn Soup-kelp and Peanut Shark Bone

After the kelp is soaked and fully developed, wash it and slice it. Wash the peanuts and set aside.

Wash the shark bones and put them in the pot, add ginger to blanch water.
3.
Blanch the lean meat to remove the blood and set aside.
4.
Put the processed materials in the pot and add an appropriate amount of water.

Add two candied dates.
6.
Add peanuts.

Turn the fire to simmer for 2 hours

Add an appropriate amount of salt to taste and drink~
Tips:
1. Choose small tips for dried kelp: Check whether there is hoarfrost on the surface of dried kelp. If there is hoarfrost, it is better. If the quality is not good, it is not recommended to buy. Choose kelp that looks gray-green and natural in color. If it is emerald green, it is not recommended.
2. Shark bones are a bit fishy, so blanch them in boiling water with ginger to remove the fishy smell.
