Moxa Boiled Eggs

Fresh mugwort leaves, pick out impurities, remove stems, and soak in water.

Wash and chopped mugwort leaves.

Beat 4 eggs in a bowl, add some salt and oil to beat, put oil in the pan, and add the beaten eggs.

Pour in the chopped mugwort and stir fry.
5.
Stir fry the egg and mugwort for 5 minutes.
6.
Add in the water to soak the wormwood eggs, cover and boil until boiling, add appropriate amount of salt to season and serve.
7.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
Mugwort must be fresh and tender. It’s not easy for me to buy mugwort leaves. Occasionally, I can see old grandmothers selling them at the subway entrance. They are very old and taste very bitter. More soup can reduce bitterness.
