Muffin

Steps: 1 egg. Milk 100ml. Honey 5g. White sugar 25g. Mix well. Add 10g vegetable oil. Mix well. Pour in 100g of sieved low-gluten flour or cake flour, 3g of baking powder and mix into a batter for later use.

Step: Heat the pan slightly, remove from the heat, add 1/4 of the batter, put it on a small fire, wait for many small bubbles to appear and burst.

Turn it over with a flat spatula. Fry it for a few seconds.

Pour your favorite jam or honey condensed milk at the end, beware that it is too sweet.
