Muffin Cake with Red Dates

All ingredients.

Wash and cut red dates.

Stir the milk, corn oil, and eggs thoroughly to form a combined liquid.

Add granulated sugar (or powdered sugar), low-powder, baking powder, salt, and red dates to the liquid and mix well.
