I often eat mulberry leaves outside. This is the first time I have made it myself. I feel like a silkworm.

Mulberry Leaf in Soup

1. Wash the bean leaves and set aside, shred the ginger

2. Shred Lean Meat

3. Cut preserved eggs into small pieces

4. Add water to the soup pot

5. After the water is boiled, add the mulberry leaves and cook

6. Fish out and plate

7. Heat the pan with oil, saute the ginger, add the pork and stir fry for a while

Tips:

Mulberry leaf crude fiber, it’s delicious only if it is burnt and soft
