Mulberry Toast

Weigh the flour, add sugar and salt

Add milk powder

Add yeast

Add eggs

Add water

Knead into a smooth dough, put in butter, continue to knead until the film is formed, and ferment to 2 times the size

Tips:
The fermentation time should be controlled well, not too long, otherwise the toast will easily collapse
