The mulberry paste made by myself is wrapped in the toast, and the color is quite beautiful. You don’t need to spread the jam when you eat it. It’s delicious if you eat it directly.

Mulberry Toast

1. Weigh the flour, add sugar and salt

2. Add milk powder

3. Add yeast

4. Add eggs

5. Add water

6. Knead into a smooth dough, put in butter, continue to knead until the film is formed, and ferment to 2 times the size

7. Press lightly to expel the bubbles, divide into 4 even pieces, spheronize, and relax for 10 minutes

8. Roll it into an oval shape, smear it with mulberry sauce, and roll it up from one end

9. Put it in the toast box with the mouth down

10. Ferment to 8 minutes full, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, close the lid, and bake for about 50 minutes.

Tips:

The fermentation time should be controlled well, not too long, otherwise the toast will easily collapse
