Multigrain Buns

The purple sweet potato is steamed, peeled, and mashed into purple sweet potato puree with a food processor;

Melt white sugar and yeast with warm water, mix well with purple potato puree;

Mix flour, corn flour, purple potato puree, and water together;

Knead it into a smooth dough, cover it and let it rest;

Wait for the flour to be twice as large as it was fermented;

Knead into a smooth strip;

Cut into six equal parts with a knife;

Knead into smooth buns;
9.
Cover the steamer with gauze, put in the cooked steamed buns, let it sit for 10 minutes to make it lighter and larger;

Steam for 18 minutes.

You can enjoy healthy and nutritious multigrain buns.
Tips:
1. The purple sweet potato should be steamed and mashed into puree;
2. Many grains such as corn flour and buckwheat flour can be added;
3. Add sugar according to the sweetness you like;
4. Remember to cover the lid while waiting for fermentation to prevent moisture loss.
