Multigrain Fish Muffins

1. Ingredients: ordinary flour, whole grains powder (the supermarket has freshly ground, if not, you can use black sesame paste instead), deep sea fish floss.

2. The ratio of flour to whole grains powder is 2:1.

3. Stir the flour and whole grain powder evenly.

4. Mix the noodles with boiling water.
