Multigrain Fish Muffins
1.
Ingredients: ordinary flour, whole grains powder (the supermarket has freshly ground, if not, you can use black sesame paste instead), deep sea fish floss.

Mix the noodles with boiling water.
5.
Knead the dough smoothly for 20 minutes.
6.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into thin slices.
7.
Use tools to divide the rolled dough into multiple small round pieces (without tools, you can use a small bowl for eating).
8.
Brush evenly a layer of vegetable oil on each small round dough sheet.
9.
Put two round dough pieces together, with the oily side facing inward to prevent adhesion.
