The wall breaker has never tried to grind hard food. I woke up this morning and tried to grind soybeans and mung beans. I used the DIY button and sieved it once after grinding, and it was relatively delicate.

Multigrain Pancakes with Fruits

1. Put the soybeans and peeled mung beans into the cup of the wall breaker

2. Install the machine, use the DIY button

3. Pour out the ground powder

4. The ground powder needs to be sieved to be more delicate

5. Put the flour, soy flour, mung bean flour, water, and eggs in a bowl

6. Mix into a particle-free batter and then sift it again, let it rest for 15 minutes

7. Finely chop sausage, mustard greens, chives, and coriander

8. Exchange the sweet noodle sauce and Laoganma hot sauce with cold boiled water evenly

9. Pour three spoons of batter into the pancake maker

10. Spread out slowly

11. When it is slightly set, add a few sesame seeds and then beat in an egg

12. Use the bottom of a spoon to break the eggs and distribute them evenly on the dough

13. Sprinkle with coriander and chives after the cake is set

14. Turn it over again

15. Spread the sauce

16. Then add sausage, mustard, chives, coriander and dried shrimp skin

17. Add a fried dough stick and roll it up.

Tips:

Note: The ingredients in the bread can be changed according to your preference
