Mung Bean and Lychee Congee
1.
Wash the mung beans and rice
2.
Soak for about half an hour
3.
Pour into the pot, add appropriate amount of water
4.
Press the porridge button
5.
Lychee peeled and cored
6.
When the porridge is cooked until soft, rotten and sticky, pour the lychees into the pot
7.
Simmer for two or three minutes, add some sugar
Tips:
Litchi should not be boiled for a long time after being put in the pot. I am used to cooking porridge and soak the rice at night. The ratio of rice to water is 1:6. If the soaking time is not long, the amount of water can be appropriately reduced.
