Mung Bean Drink

Soak glutinous rice and mung beans for several hours separately

Put the glutinous rice in a steamer, steam for about 20 minutes on high heat, then take it out and let cool

Put the mung beans into a pot and boil twice, then simmer until the beans are crisp and not blooming, take them out and let cool

Put the mint leaves into a cloth to make a cut, put it in a pot and pour cold water, boil over high heat, cover until the mint water is cool, pour the mint water into a container and put it in the refrigerator

When eating, scoop two spoonfuls of cold glutinous rice in a bowl, then add a spoonful of mung beans, appropriate amount of red and green silk, appropriate amount of sugar, and rinse with ice mint water.
