Mung Bean Flour Skin Mixed with Cucumber

Fenpi is dried from the supermarket. Fresh ones are better.

Wash the cucumbers, peel them, and cut them into slices for later use.

Boil the mung bean noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water for later use.
4.
Add garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil, mix well and serve.
