Mung Bean Lily Pork Ribs Soup

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Soak mung beans with water.

Soak dried lilies with water.

Soak the ribs in light salt water for 3 hours, changing the water 3 times in between.

Soaked ribs, pot under cold water, add cooking wine, ginger blanched water.

Boiled ribs, wash away blood foam and oil juice under running water.

Tips:
1: The small ribs have less oil and juice, which is suitable for making soup with mung beans.
2: The ribs are soaked in light salt water to remove fishy.
3: Rinse the blanched ribs under running water, and wash some of the oil juice to avoid the soup being too greasy.
