Mung Bean Lily Soup

Prepare the raw materials (I use a small saucepan for one person)

Soak mung beans and lilies for 1 hour.
3.
After soaking, wash and drain.
4.
Use a saucepan to measure the right amount of water.
5.
Then pour water, mung beans, and lily into a small pot.
6.
Bring to a boil.
7.
Pour it back into the saucepan.
8.
Turn on the power of the saucepan and let it simmer for two hours. Don't forget to add rock sugar half an hour in advance.
