Mung Bean Noodles with Beef Sauce

Mix medium powder and mung bean powder

This is cut thick noodles, good for making noodles and fried noodles

This is the thick and thin mung bean noodles I made. I only used thick noodles for the noodles

Boil water in a pot and put the thick noodles, add cold water to boil after boiling

Tips:
Making noodles for the first time, it feels like the dough must be firm! Normal noodles, the amount of water is 30% of the amount of flour! If you want to add miscellaneous grains, you have to add it according to the specific situation!
