I switched to a manual noodle maker. The weather was too hot some time ago and I didn’t bother to try it out. It feels much cooler today! So I thought of making some noodles, and it was still multi-grain noodles with mung bean flour! Use self-made mung bean noodles, add homemade beef sauce and braised beef noodles! not bad!

Tips:

Making noodles for the first time, it feels like the dough must be firm! Normal noodles, the amount of water is 30% of the amount of flour! If you want to add miscellaneous grains, you have to add it according to the specific situation!
