Mung Bean Popsicles

1. Soak mung beans overnight in clean water to remove impurities, then put them in a pot and boil them.

2. Cook until the flowers bloom and let cool

3. Put the cooked beans into a blender to puree

4. Pour the beaten mung bean paste into the popsicle mold (I use silicone for the mold, which is easy to demould)

5. I made mung bean water with ice cubes. It tastes good.
